As last week was Dietitian’s week and April is Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) awareness month, in today’s episode of Hera Health Hub we are chatting to the lovely Annabel Johnston. 

Annabel is a highly trained Dietitian with a bachelor's degree in Applied Science and a master's degree in Dietetic Practice.  She currently runs her own business "Nutrition for Living" in Brisbane, where she specialises in gut health and disordered eating.
