Welcome to another quick and snappy Fun Fact Friday episode on the Hera Health Hub Podcast! In today’s episode, we are joined again by the lovely Katie Lazaris a Perinatal Psychologist and Mum from The Mummy Psychologist. Katie supports women Australia-wide during conception, throughout pregnancy, and postpartum until their youngest child is three years old.
In today’s episode, Katie shares how mindfulness can be a great tool to help to switch off the threat system and instead access the rational centre of our brain and Elise chats about how nutrition and specific foods can be beneficial for your mental health postpartum.
Katie also shares a fun fact about herself for our new segment, which is something Elise couldn’t ‘survive’ without during her postpartum mum life.
